Affiniti is recognised by Cisco as a Unified Contact Centre Enterprise Authorised Technology Provider

Affiniti announced today that it has achieved Unified Contact Centre Enterprise (CCE) (ATP) status from Cisco.  This designation recognises Affiniti as having fulfilled the training requirements and programme prerequisites to gain the skills for successfully deploying Cisco Unified Contact Centre solutions targeted at the high-end enterprise contact centre marketplace.  This programme enables channel partners to provide intelligent call routing, network-to-desktop computer telephony integration (CTI) and contact management solutions to enterprise agents over an Internet Protocol (IP)-based network.

Paul Renucci, Managing director of Affiniti, said: "Gaining this Authorised Technology Provider status with Cisco reinforces our proficiency in Contact Centre deployments.  It ensures that customers will benefit from sound advice and expertise in designing and implementing innovative Unified Contact Centre solutions."

"Authorised Technology Provider Partners are instrumental in helping Cisco successfully deploy advanced networking technologies that deliver operational improvements and a competitive advantage," said Edison Peres, vice president and chief go-to-market officer for Worldwide Channels at Cisco. "As a Cisco Unified Contact Centre Enterprise ATP partner, Affiniti has gained the expertise in enterprise-class contact centre solutions to help our customers."

Elite Skills, Expertise and Capabilities

To qualify for Cisco Unified Contact Centre ATP status, Affiniti had to meet a number of requirements, from fulfilling specific job responsibilities and achieving the Cisco Advanced Unified Communications Specialisation, to maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Partners are also required to build a lab for development and customer fault replication.  The lab must contain current, upgraded and maintained Cisco Unified CCE solutions, each configured for 'real-world' testing to simulate actual end-user conditions.

The Cisco Authorised Technology Provider (ATP) Programme is a key part of Cisco's emerging technology go-to-market strategy.  The programme helps define the knowledge, skills and services that channel partners need to successfully sell, deploy and support a subject technology. As markets mature and technologies progress along the adoption curve, some ATP programmes may migrate to Cisco Specialisations.
